By using this site or the Neo tools, you agree to these terms. Use of the apps also follows the license agreement.
2. Use of the site
You may browse, read and share links to this site. You may not try to bypass the site's protections, send malicious content through the form or use it for unsolicited messages.
3. Proposals and purchases
Prices, deadlines and terms apply as described in the proposal sent by Neo and accepted by you. Sending the form is not a purchase.
4. Intellectual property
The Neo, NeoMath, NeoChem, NeoConverter, NeoProof, NeoScript and NeoCR marks, the apps, the technology and the texts on this site belong to Neo. The equations and documents you create with the tools are yours.
5. Third-party marks
Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign and the web editors mentioned are marks of their respective owners and appear here only to indicate compatibility.
6. Limitation of liability
We work for the tools to behave as described. We recommend keeping backups of your files; Neo's batch tools do not overwrite files without being asked and batch style makes a backup before writing.
