Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Neo site, the contact form and the Neo apps and integrations (NeoMath, NeoChem, NeoConverter, NeoProof, NeoMath Web, NeoScript, NeoCR, add-ins, command line, local API and MCP server).

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form, we receive the data you write:

• name and email;
• institution and type of organization, if you provide them;
• product and plan of interest, if you provide them;
• the message and the page language.

To protect the form against abuse, the server uses the IP address temporarily, in memory, to limit the number of submissions. This data is not stored in a database.

3. Data we do not collect

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We count visits anonymously, without cookies, with a tool that runs on our own server. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.

The Neo apps run on your computer. Equations, images, documents and molecules you edit, convert or recognize are not sent to Neo. To confirm the license, the program sends our server only the key and an identifier of the computer. If you set up an online OCR provider, the chosen image is sent to that provider, under its rules.

4. What we use it for

We use contact data only to reply to your message, prepare proposals and, if you are a customer, provide support and deliver customer area access. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed for support and for legal and contractual obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, through the contact form. We reply within the deadlines of the LGPD and the GDPR.

7. Security

The site uses a secure connection, a strict content security policy and protective headers. Access to messages is restricted to the team that serves you.

8. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
