Frequently asked questions
OCR recognizes nothing. What should I check?
Check that the image is sharp and that the provider chosen in Settings > Recognition is available.
The InDesign plugin won't connect.
The plugin talks to the installed NeoMath. Start the NeoMath server (or let the installer start it with the system) and use the session reading in the panel.
The OCR shortcut doesn't work on Windows.
Another program may be using the same combination; the status bar warns you. Change the shortcut in NeoMath's shortcut profile.
How do I change the apps' language?
In Settings > Appearance > Language. Automatic follows the system language.
Where are the local API's port and token?
In the session file, written when the server starts, with permission for your user only. The API guide shows the path on each system.
