Operating systems, packages and programs each Neo product and integration needs to work.
On this page
Neo apps run on your own computer and do not depend on any other equation program being installed. The internet is only used to download updates and, if you choose, for online OCR providers.

- Fonts: NeoMath uses the fonts installed on the system and picks a fallback when the font requested by the style is missing.
- Interface languages: Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Network and privacy#
- No equation leaves the computer while you edit, export or recognize with NeoCR.
- The local API only works on the computer itself and requires a token.
- The MCP server opens no network port.
